1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ArvionInfra CRM, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using this service, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service

ArvionInfra CRM provides web scraping, lead generation, and CRM tools. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service with or without notice to the user.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use our data extraction tools responsibly and in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules and regulations. You shall not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Payment and Credits

Services are billed on a pay-per-lead or subscription basis via Razorpay. Lead credits are deducted only for unique, valid leads as per our internal deduplication logic. All purchases are final subject to our Refund Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ArvionInfra CRM be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
