Refund Policy
1. Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account settings. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
2. Pay-Per-Lead Credits
Lead credits purchased via top-ups are non-refundable. However, our system automatically skips duplicate leads, ensuring you are only charged for fresh, valid data. If you believe there was a technical error resulting in incorrect credit deductions, please contact support.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances, such as extended platform downtime or significant billing errors. Any approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (via Razorpay) within 5-7 business days.
